on Suffrage and Elections will meet at 10 a.m. on

Monday as previously scheduled.

THE PRESIDENT: Any other announcements by

DELEGATE SCANLAN: The meeting of the

Committee on Rules will be held immediately following

12

adjournment of this session in the basement of the

13

Shaw House to consider the proposal on lobbying,

14

excused absences and a possible amendment with respect

15

to the rule regarding reconsideration.

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Hardwicke.

DELEGATE HARDWICKE: Mr. President, a point

of inquiry: If we are going to have the meeting of the

19

session at 4 o'clock on Monday afternoon, do you intend

20

to change the time at which proposals can be put into

21

the hopper? That is, will it be 12 noon on Monday also?
