of hours announced for the meeting of the Convention

on Monday, there will be a meeting of the Preamble

and Personal Rights Committee at 2 p.m. on Monday.

DELEGATE SHERBOW: Mr. President, until the

machinery for liaison with other committees is completed

9

and established, I would make this announcement for the

10

State Taxation and Finance Committee. On Tuesday there

11

will be a hearing dealing with the subject of state

12

bond issues with the governor's director of his task

13

force, Mr. Lauber, the State Comptroller, and the

14

State Commissioner present as witnesses and on Wednesday

15

representatives of financial institutions will be heard.

Those members of other committees whose

17

work will also relate to this aspect of state government

18

I hope will take note of these hearings and if interested,

19

arrange to be present.
