DELEGATE PENNIMAN: Mr. President, I would

3

like to say to the members of the Committee on Style

4

that there will be a meeting on Wednesday of next week

5

but prior to that meeting I would also like to suggest

6

to each of them that they keep a file of such minutes

7

and such notes as they may make which may be of assistance

8

to the Committee on Style at the time that we are

9

looking to the intent of the committee. I recognize

10

that the change in Rule 28, which requires a concise

11

report, will be of considerable value to us but in

12

addition to that, it may be of value if they maintain

13

the minutes or retain the minutes of their meetings

14

and any notes of their own which they may bring with

15

them to our committee. Thank you.

THE PRESIDENT: Mr. Kiefer.

DELEGATE KIEFER: I requested yesterday that

18

the delegates get proposals into the Committee on Personal

19

Rights and Preamble. The meeting was a success. I see

20

more than half of the proposals submitted today were

21

submitted to our proposals. We would emphasize the
