come in on Friday, the 22nd.

We expect the following Monday to hear from
3
representatives of Baltimore City, and we will provide
4
detailed scheduling of who will be there. I mention
5
this now because delegates may wish to appear the same
6
time as their county representatives.
7
I would respectfully ask that if there are
8
to be any delegate proposals relating to local govern-
9
ment, so far we have received none, that a delegate
10
realizes he is going to require additional research
11
or special hearing -- of course, the ordinary proprosal
12
won't. It is something the committee is conside ing
13
anyway, but if there is something, and I hesitate to
14
use the term unusual, but if there is some unusual
15
proposal coming in, I would appreciate this coming in
16
soon so that we can get started with the necessary
17
research and arrange special hearings if this is
18
necessary. An example might be a proposal for a
19
boundary commission or something like that.

Thank you, Mr. President.
