facilitate this, and to make it unnecessary for the
secretaries in the various offices to prepare the addition-
al copies, we have ordered a small Xerox machine for
the Clerk's office, so that although the rule will still
require five copies, you need only hand to the Clerk the
original. It will be immediately Xeroxed to give him the
necessary five copies.
The reason, several reasons for this, but one is,
we find that the secretaries do not always take care to
line up the copies, and the result is that sometimes the
third and fourth copies, the material doesn't end on the
proper lines. So that it is not only unnecessary that you
have more than one copy, we request that you give the
Clerk only the original.
