THE PRESIDENT: I am sorry; Delegate

Proposal No. 27 is the first instance of a withdrawn

proposal, and raises the question I mentioned yesterday.

It had already been reproduced. It has not been

14

circulated. This means simply that you will have a

15

vacant number in your series. If you have it, I would

16

greatly appreciate it if you would return it or

17

leave it on your chair or somewhere. It should not

18

have been distributed.

Delegate Proposal No. 27. If you will just

take it out and tear it in half, it will be the best

21

way to make sure it doesn't get mixed up.
