DELEGATE STORM: I just want to be sure, Mr.
Chairman, does that come after the words "ten minutes on
each side" or after the words in the next line, "two
minutes on each side"?
THE PRESIDENT: After the words "ten (10)
minutes," then insert "on each side." Any further
discussion? As I am sure some of you have noted, these
are amendments to the by-laws, which require a majority of
72, when normally we would take a roll call vote. I
have on the two previous votes not taken a roll call
because they were unanimous and no objection. If there
are any Nay votes on any amendments, we will take a roll
call vote. A vote Aye is a vote in favor of the amendment
as printed on Page 3 of the Committee Report with the
modification in Line 23 of adding the words "On each side"
after the words "ten (10) minutes." A vote Aye is a vote in
favor of the amendment as modified. All in favor
signify by saying aye; contrary, no. The Ayes have it
unanimously. Delegate Scanlan.

favorably reports and recommends that the Convention adopt
