adoption of the amendment of Rule 40 as printed in Lines
34 to 43 on Page 4 of the committee report. Is there any

DELEGATE SCANLAN: Your committee favorably
reports and recommends that the Convention adopt a new
Rule 44-A as set forth on Lines 16 through 22 of Page
5 of the Twelfth Report with the insertion of the word
"to" between the word "matter" and the word "be" appearing
on Line 21, a typographical omission.
