DELEGATE PULLEN: If I were a lawyer, I could
phrase it in the form of a question, but I should like
to have the privilege of making this particular comment,
and you can put it in the form of a question.
THE PRESIDENT: You will have an opportunity
to make any comment you choose as soon as the question
period is concluded. I just want to have the question
period concluded first.
DELEGATE PULLEN: How long will that be, sir?
(Laughter.)
DELEGATE SCANLAN: It depends in part on
you, Dr. Pullen. (Laughter.)
THE PRESIDENT: I would recognize you first
right after the question period is concluded.
DELEGATE PULLEN: I will trust to Providence.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any further questions
of the Chair, questions for the purpose of clarification?
Delegate Marion.
DELEGATE MARION: On Page 10, there are three
