DELEGATE JOHNSON: Mr. President, I notice that

the calendar calls for my motion to reconsider the section

11

on consumer protection.

THE PRESIDENT: The Chair does not intend to call

13

that for action today, even though it is on the calendar and

14

even though we are fortunate enough to conclude committee

15

recommendation GP-6.

The Chair proposes to go into the Committee of

17

the Whole immediately to conclude consideration of R^P-2,

18

and then take up committee recommendation GP-6.

The prob ability is that the motion to reconsider

20

will not be reached until next week.
