for making the motion to reconsider was because of the large

number of delegates that were absent or late when we took up

this item immediately following the dinner hour the other

evening, so if it were possible I would suggest that the

Chair would be able to give some advance notice when this

matter will come up again so we could have as many delegates
|
|

|
as possible.
