So the Con vention refused to adjourn.
Mr. John Newcomer, moved the Convention take a recess until
six o'clock, P. M.
At half past 4 o'clock, P. M.
Mr. Kilgour, moved the Convention adjourn;
Mr. Thomas, moved the question be taken by yeas and nays,
and being ordered appeared as follows:
