Mr. Morgan, moved to lay the motion to reconsider on the
table; and

Moved for the yeas and nays, and being ordered appeared as
follows:

So the Convention refused to lay the motion to reconsider on
the table.

The question then recurred upon the motion of Mr. Thomas,
to reconsider the vote of the Convention adopting the 1st branch
of the order;
Mr. Spencer, moved the previous question,

And being seconded, the question was put on the motion of
Mr. Thomas, to reconsider the vote of the Convention on the 1st
branch of the order, and
Determined in the negative.
