the order;
Mr. Brown, moved the question be taken by yeas and nays,
as to the consent, and appeared as follows

So the Convention consented that the motion to reconsider
should be made.
The question then recurred upon the motion of Mr. Presstman,
to reconsider the vote of the Convention upon the 1st branch of
the order

Mr. Stewart of Caroline, moved the previous question and being
seconded,
Mr. Shriver, moved the question on reconsideration be taken by
yeas and nays, and being ordered, appeared as follows:
