The question was then taken on the second branch of said
order, being in these words, "and making a House of Delegates,
to consist of sixty-one members;"

The yeas and nays being taken, appeared as follows:

Hopewell, Ricaud, Lee, Chambers, of Kent, Donaldson,

So the 2nd branch of the order was rejected.

The question was then put on the 3rd branch of the order, be
ing in these words, "to be apportioned among the several counties
according to their population;"
