Unlawful for
vessels, float of
timber, etc.,
to anchor in
any fishery in
Susquehanna
river within
certain time.

boat of any description, unless compelled to do so by stress,
of weather or other unavoidable accident, shall be anchored
or stayed in any fishery in the Susquehanna River, or at the
head of the Chesapeake Bay, at any time between the 1st day
of April and the 20th day of May, in any year, and remain
thus anchored for the period of half an hour, when the weather
will admit of the departure of such vessel or boat, after being
ordered to depart therefrom by the owner or occupier of such
fishery; the usual haul of a seine from any floating battery
anchored between Spesutia Island and Lapidum, in the Sus-
quehanna River, for the purpose of fishing, shall be to all
intents and purposes considered as a fishery within the meaning
of this section.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 612.

Allegany Co.
County tax
collectors.

AN ACT to add a new section to Chapter one hundred and
seventy-nine, of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-
eight of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled
"Allegany County," sub-title "County Tax Collectors," to
be known as Section 420.

Consolidation
of tax collec-
tion district.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the territory embraced by Election District No. 18
shall be included in the Fourth Tax Collection District of
Allegany County, Maryland, Section 42E.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved.

CHAPTER 613.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
35 and 36 of Article 10, Public Local Laws, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Birds and Game," to be
known as Sections 1 and 2.

land, That Sections 35 and 36 of Article 10 of the Code of
