CHAPTER 610.
AN ACT to repeal Section two hundred and fifty-two of
Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Telegraphs," and to
re-enact the same, with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section two hundred and fifty-two of Article 27
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Pun-
ishments," sub-title "Telegraphs," be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Telegraphs.

252. Any person connected with any telegraph or telephone
corporation, company or individuals operating said lines for
profit in this State, either as clerk, operator, messenger, or in
any other capacity, who shall wilfully divulge the contents
or nature of the contents of any private communication
entrusted to him for transmission or delivery, or who shall
wilfully refuse or neglect to transmit or deliver the same,
shall, on conviction before any court having criminal juris-
diction, be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall suffer
imprisonment in the jail in the county or city where such
conviction shall be had for a term of not more than three
months, or shall be fined not exceeding five hundred dollars,
or both, in the discretion of the court.

CHAPTER 611.
AN ACT to repeal Section seven of Article 39 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and
Fisheries," sub-title "Head of the Bay," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

land, That Section seven of Article 39 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-

7. No vessel, float of timber or plank, or of any other
materials, or of any description or kind whatsoever, nor any
