from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 585.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 21, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot County," sub-title
"Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," to be designated as
Section 127 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section, to be designated as Section 127 A,
be and the same is hereby added to Article 21, of the Code of
