license so to do, and said clerk shall issue said license upon
the payment to him of the sum of twelve dollars and fifty cents,,
which said sum shall be paid by said clerk to the Treasurer
of the Board of School Commissioners of Harford County for
the use of the public schools of said county, after retaining
therefrom the sum of fifty cents for issuing said license.

Penalty for
violation.

Sec. 2oC. And be it enacted, That any person who shall
neglect or refuse to obtain a license as hereinbefore provided
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof
be fined not less than fifteen dollars nor more than twenty-
five; said fine to be paid to the Treasurer of the Board of
School Commissioners of Harford County for the use of the
public schools of said county.

CHAPTER 564.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 1 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-
title "Intoxicating Liquors," to follow Section 175B, and
to be designated as Section 175BB.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Allegany County," sub-title "Intoxicating Liquors," to
follow immediately after Section 175B, to be designated as
Section 175BB, and to read as follows:

175BB. The word resident in the preceding section shall
be so construed as to include a resident for commercial or
business purposes.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
fifty -nine of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Frederick County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as
enacted by Chapter three hundred and nine of the Act of
