SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That the board of
directors may make provision to maintain a reserve fund in
such an amount and subject to such conditions as they may
from time deem to be to the best interests of the said company.

SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That the corporation
to be formed by this Act shall be on the mutual assessment
or corporation plan, and all policy-holders shall be members
thereof subject to all the provisions of this Act and of the by-
laws of said corporation, as may from time to time be enacted.

SEC. 13. And be it further enacted, That the fund from
which all claims and expenses of said company shall be paid
shall be derived from fees, assessments, dues and fines col-
lected from the members thereof. The board of directors
shall have full power to regulate all dues, fees and assessments
and fines as they may, from time to time, deem to be to the
best interest of the said company.

SEC. 14 And be it further enacted, That the General
Assembly of Maryland reserves the right to repeal, alter or
amend this Act at pleasure.

SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the dateof its passage.

CHAPTER 562.
AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," under the
new sub-title "Auctioneers," to follow Section twenty and
to be known as Sections 20A, 20B and 20C.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That three new sections be added to Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," under
the new sub-title "Auctioneers," to follow Section twenty and
to be known as Sections 2oA, 2oB and 2oC, and to read as
follows:

Harford Co.
Auctioneers.

Sec. 20A. fie it enacted by the General Assembly, That it
shall not be lawful for any person to pursue the business or
avocation of an auctioneer in Harford County without first
obtaining a license therefor as hereinafter provided.

Sec. 20B. And be it enacted, That any person desiring to
pursue the business or avocation in said county shall first
obtain from the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said county a
