CHAPTER 81.
AN ACT to repeal Section 1460 of Article 81 of the Code of
Public General Laws, as enacted by the Act of eighteen
hundred and ninety-eight, Chapter five hundred and one.

WHEREAS, At the session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-eight,
Section 146D of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws, was repealed and re-enacted as amended, both by Chap-
ter two hundred and seventy-five and Chapter five hundred
and one of the Acts of said session.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1460 of Article 81, of the Code of Public
General Laws, as enacted by the Act of eighteen hundred and
ninety-eight, Chapter five hundred and one, be and the same
is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 82.
AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint five additional
Notaries Public in Baltimore County.

Repeal.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land^ That the Governor be and he is hereby authorized to
appoint five Notaries Public for Baltimore County, in addition
to the number now provided for said county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 84.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of County Commissioners of
Cecil County, in their discretion, to erect and maintain
boards so painted and marked with letters and figures as to
indicate the direction of and distance to nearest town, city,
villiage, postoffice or other places of importance at the road
intersections in said county.
