364 A. No person shall kill or shoot at wild water fowl in,
on or over the waters mentioned in Section three hundred and
sixty-one from any boat, box or vessel of any kind or descrip-
tion whatever, with any big or swivel gun, or any kind of a
gun, which cannot be conveniently discharged from the
shoulder at arms' length, and without a rest; nor shall any
person have in his or their possession on said waters, men-
tioned in said Section three hundred and sixty -one, any sneak
boat or big or swivel gun, or any kind of gun, which cannot
conveniently be discharged from the shoulder at arms' length,
and without a rest; and the possession of any such gun or

any person violating this section on conviction thereof before
a justice of the peace of Cecil County shall forfeit said gun

the prosecution shall be paid.
