362. The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil County, upon-
the application of any bona fide resident of Cecil County,
being the owner of any sink-box or bushwhack boat,
and desiring to obtain a license, to use the same for
shooting wild fowl in the said waters, shall grant a license
under the seal of his court to such applicants, specifying the
name and residence of the applicant, the name and num-
ber of the sink-box or bushwhack boat, the waters

and the time for which such license is issued, and shall be
entitled to charge and receive fifty cents for issuing the same;

shall pay to said clerk the sum of ten dollars for each sink-

every gunning season, as specified in the preceding section.

fowl from sink-boxes and bushwhack boats upon the four
days of the week specified in Section three hundred and sixty-
one, and it shall not authorize the shooting of wild fowl from

shore any box or bushwhack boat, boat license as aforesaid
is to be placed, is first had and obtained, and it is the sense
of this provision the prohibition or consent of the shore
owner or tenant shall not extend beyond the centre of the
natural channel opposite to said shore owned or controled by
him, and no license to shoot wild fowl, issued by said clerk,
shall authorize the holders thereof to shoot wild fowl in the
waters of the Elk and Bohemia rivers in Cecil County, unless
it be issued in accordance with the provisions of Sections 362
to 364.

364. Every applicant for a license shall be required to make
oath before the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil County
that he is a bona fide resident of Cecil County, and that he
will obey and comply with all of the provisions of Sections
361, 363 and 364; and every person to whom such license may
be granted shall be required to paint the number or name of
his sink box or bushwhack boat on some prominent part
thereof, to correspond with the number or name in the said
license, and no owner, hirer, borrower or other person shall
use or employ any sink box or bushwhack boat of any descrip-
tion whatever, for the purpose of shooting at wild water fowl
therefrom in the waters described in Section three hundred
and sixty-one, without such license to so use and employ said
box or boat having first been obtained.
