to enact, in the place and instead of, and as a substitute for,
the sections and sub-sections, which are by this Act
repealed, the sections and sub-sections which are hereinafter
set forth under the sub-title "Cambridge," as a sub-title of
Article 10 aforesaid. The sections to be designated by the
numbers and the sub-sections by the letters prefixed thereto,
respectively. The Sections enacted and set forth in this
Act being respectively designated by the Numbers 41, 42,

43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 4§> 49. 5°, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57. 58,
59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74,
75> 76, 77, 78, 79, So, 81 and 82, the sub-sections enacted
and set forth herein being designated, respectively as Sub-
sections AU, AV, AX and AY.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section forty-one and the sections thereafter to
Section eighty-three, (but exclusive of Section eighty-three),
of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Cambridge," together with all
other sections and sub-sections, under and belonging to said
sub-title "Cambridge," (whether said sections and sub-sec-
tions are embraced in the Code of Public Local Laws, as
enacted by the General Assembly at the January Session in
the year eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, or whether they
have been passed thereby, since the January Session in
the said year), saving and excepting the sections and
sub-sections of said sub-title "Cambridge." which are
in this Act specifically saved and excepted from repeal,
be and the same are hereby repealed; and that the sec-
tions and sub-sections hereinafter set forth in this Act
under the sub-title "Cambridge," (the sections being
designated by the numbers and the sub-sections by the letters
respectively prefixed thereto) be and the same are hereby
enacted in the place and stead of and as a substitute for the
sections and sub-sections which are by this Act repealed,
and that the sections so enacted be and they are hereby
respectively designated by the numbers 41, 42, 43, 44,45, 46. 47,
48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 6r, 62, 63, 64,
65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80,
81 and 82, and that the sub-sections so enacted be and the
same are hereby designated by the letters AU, AV, AX and
AY. And that the sections and sub-sections, so as aforesaid
designated, as they hereafter follow, be and they are hereby
