of "of the new fifth election precinct," as the case may be;
and the Board of Supervisors of Elections shall cause for each
of said new precincts a duplicate registry to be prepared by
having accurately copied therein the names of all the voters,
not stricken off, together with all the entries on such registry
relating to each one of said voters whose names are not
stricken off, and they shall label said copies "Duplicate Reg-
istry of the Second Election Precinct of the Ninth Election
District of Baltimore County," and "Duplicate Registry of
the Fifth Election Precinct of the Ninth Election District of
Baltimore County," respectively, and the said Board of Super-
visors of Elections shall certify in each of said duplicate reg-
isters that said duplicate is an exact copy of all the names
and all the entries unerased upon the original, from which
duplicate was copied; and the said original registry, so labeled
"Original Registry of the Second Election Precinct of the
Ninth Election District of Baltimore County," and its copy,
shall thereafter constitute the duplicate registries of the Second
Election Precinct of the Ninth Election District of Baltimore
County; and the said original registry, labeled "Original
Registry of the Fifth Election Precinct of the Ninth Election
District of Baltimore County," and its copy, shall thereafter
constitute the duplicate registries of the said fifth election
precinct of the said Ninth Election District of Baltimore
County.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 54.
AN ACT to change the name of "The McClenahan and
Brother Granite Company of Cecil County."

WHEREAS, On the seventh day of May, 1894, "The
McClenahan and Brother Granite Company of Cecil County"
was duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Mary-
land, and the certificate of incorporation was duly recorded
in Liber D. S. No. 1, folio 315, one of the Corporation Record
Books of Cecil County, State aforesaid; and

WHEREAS, The said corporation desires to change its said
corporate name for the purpose only of shortening said name;
therefore,
