63. He shall give his personal attendance at and keep open
the office of County Commissioners during business hours on
every week day excepting legal holidays.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 52.
AN ACT to amend the Act passed at the January Session,
eighteen hundred and eighty-six, of the General Assembly
of Maryland, Chapter one hundred, entitled an "Act to
incorporate the Catonsville Water Company," as amended
by an Act passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred
and eighty-eight, Chapter seventy-three, by adding thereto
certain sections for the purpose of extending the operations
and increasing the powers thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That said Chapter one hundred of said Act of eighteen
hundred and eighty-six, and said Chapter seventy-three of
said Act of eighteen hundred and eighty -eight, be and the
same are hereby amended by adding thereto the following
sections, to be numbered fourteen and fifteen:

14. Be it enacted, That the Catonsville Water Company be
and is hereby authorized and empowered, from time to time, to
extend its operations to other parts of Baltimore County, and
also to Howard and Anne Arundel Counties, and that said cor-
poration shall have, in addition to the rights and privileges
heretofore conferred upon it, and which it now enjoys, all the
rights and privileges conferred upon corporations incorporated
under Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of
the State of Maryland, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight,
and all amendments and supplements thereto, but nothing
herein contained shall be construed to permit said company
from further extending its operations in the City of Balti-
more.
SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
