CHAPTER 46.
AN ACT to repeal Sections ninety-seven and ninety-eight of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Fish."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections ninety-seven and ninety-eight of Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Balti-
more County," sub-title "Fish," be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 47.
AN ACT to amend the Charter of Loudon Park Cemetery,
so as to enable it to acquire land in addition to the quantity
it now holds.

Fish.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Loudon Park Cemetery Company, a body corpo-
rate of the State of Maryland, be and is hereby authorized
and empowered to increase the size of its cemetery by pur-
chasing and holding not more than thirty-five (35) additional
acres of land, adjacent to its present cemetery, for purposes
of sepulture, and to sell at any time any portion of its land it
may not deem expedient to use for cemetery purposes.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 48.
AN ACT to repeal Section eight of Article 8r of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland so far as the same
relates to Harford County.

land, That Section eight of Article 81 of the Public General
Laws of Maryland so far as the same relates to Harford County
be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
