CHAPTER 743.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
thirteen of Article 99 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Wild Fowls, Birds and Game," and all other laws
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, in so far as they
relate to the killing, catching or having in possession, birds
and game in Queen Anne's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section thirteen of Article 99 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Wild Fowls, Birds and Game," and all
other laws inconsistent with this Act be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted so far as they may relate to
Queen Anne's County, and a new section to be added to the
same read as follows:

No person shall shoot or in any manner catch or kill, or
have in possession, any partridge or quail or rabbit in Queen
Anne's County between December the twenty-fourth and
November the fifteenth of each and every year, and any person
violating any of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof before any justice

of said birds or rabbits so shot, caught or killed, or had in
possession; provided, however, that the bird and game laws
of said county shall remain in full force and effect as they now

CHAPTER 744.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 23 of the Public
General Laws, title "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance
Companies," to come in after Section one hundred and
eighteen, and to be known 33 Section 118A, said section
referring to corporate name of insurance companies.

land, That an additional section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance Com-
panies," to follow after Section one hundred and eighteen of
said Article, and to read as follows:
