Shall make
report, with
plat of said
street, etc.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That said Commissioners as soon
as said work is fully completed shall make a report of their
proceedings hereunder, together with a map or plat of said
street as re-located, to the Mayor and City Council of Cum-
berland, Maryland; said Commissioners herein named shall
designate what sum shall be paid by the Board of County
Commissioners of Allegany County, and the Mayor and City
Council of Cumberland, Maryland, respectively, towards
work, and whatever sum may remain shall be apportioned
amongst the owners in fee-simple of the property binding on
said Fayette street and Fayette street as extended; provided,
however, that the total amount so apportioned amongst the
said property holders shall not exceed one-half of the entire
cost of said improvements.

Assessments
made under
preceding
sections.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That all assessments made
under the preceding sections shall be considered as due and
owing to the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, and
shall be collected by the Mayor and City Council of said city
in the same manner as assessments made under the provisions
of its present or amended charter; provided, however, that
the amount determined upon by said Commissioners, which
shall be paid by the Board of County Commissioners of Alle-
gany County shall be levied for them by the said Mayor and
City Council of Cumberland at its levy term next succeeding
the completion of said improvements and work, and all
amounts allowed by said Commissioners herein as damages, if
any, and all costs attending the laying out and extension of
said street, and the grading, paving or macadamizing, sewer-
ing, or otherwise improving the same shall be payable by the
Mayor and City Council of Cumberland.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 691.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title
"Fish," to follow Section 1856, as enacted by Chapter
eighty, of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-two, and
to be designated as Section 185C.

SECTION I. B e it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorches-
