CHAPTER 664.

AN ACT to repeal Section eighty-one of Article 5 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Calvert County," sub-
title "Fish."

Calvert Co.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section eighty-one of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Calvert County," sub-title "Fish,"
be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 10, 1900.

CHAPTER 665.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 49 and 56, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title "Birds
and Game," and re-enact the same with amendments.

repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 49 and 56, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title "Birds and Game,"
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, so as to read
as follows.

Worcester Co.
Birds and
game.

Sec. 49. No person, shall trap or shoot, or in any manner
catch or kill any partridge in Worcester County between the
fifteenth day of January and the fifteenth day of November in
each and every year.

Unlawful to
kill partridges
within certain
time.

Sec. 56. It shall not be lawful for any person to kill, shoot,
catch, or in any way entrap any rabbit in Worcester County
between the fifteenth day of January and the fifteenth day of
November in each and every year.

Approved April 10, 1900.

CHAPTER 666.
AN ACT to compensate Sarah Wise, of Baltimore City, for
damages to certain property belonging to said Sarah Wise,
arising from a defective conduit or drain, owned and operated
by the State of Maryland.

WHEREAS, The State of Maryland in the year 1898 owned
and operated a drain and conduit in Baltimore City, from the
State Normal School to a certain city sewer in said city, and
