at such times and for such term or terms of office as the said

laws, does now or shall hereafter prescribe.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 641.
AN ACT to repeal Section 115 A, of Article 75, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Pleadings, Practice and
Process," sub-title "Special Findings of Facts."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 115A, of Article 75, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Pleadings, Practice and Process," sub-
title "Special Findings of Facts," be and the same is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 642.
AN ACT to refund to Enoch B. Abell, Clerk to the Circuit
Court for St. Mary's County, twenty-three dollars and
seventy-three cents, erroneously paid into the State
Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the State Treasury be and he
is hereby empowered and directed to refund to Enoch B.
Abell, Clerk to the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County,
twenty-three dollars and seventy-three cents, erroneously paid
by said Clerk into the Treasury of the State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
