Fifty-fourth — To the sale and conveyance by Robert Mckim
to the Second Church of Christ Scientist of Baltimore City of
certain property on the northeasternmost side of Mt. Royal
avenue, in the City of Baltimore, fronting thereon about

Fifty-fifth — To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Alexander McFerran, late of Allegany County,
deceased, of the sum of five hundred dollars to the trustees of
the Presbyterian Congregation of Allegany County in trust
forever, and the interest thereon to be paid to the pastor of
the First Presbyterian Church of Cumberland, Maryland;
said fund to be designated as "The McFerran Pastor's Fund."

Fifty-sixth — To the devises and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Patrick Mohan, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, to St. Agnes' Hospital, of Baltimore City;
"School Sisters of Notre Dame, in the City of Baltimore,"
and St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum, of Baltimore.

Fifty-seventh — To the bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Ann Elizabeth Thomas, late of Baltimore,
deceased, to wit: (a) A bequest of a one-thousand-dollar
coupon bond of the Northern Central Railway to the Woman's
Foreign Missionary Society of the Baltimore Conference of
the Methodist Episcopal Church South; (b) a bequest of a
one-thousand-dollar bond of the Northern Central Railway to
be divided equally between the trustees of St. Paul's Metho-
dist Episcopal Church South and the trustees of Wilkens
Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church South, to be used only
for improvement of the respective church properties; said will
bearing date July 13, 1897, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City, in Will's Liber S. R.
M., No. 81, folio 361, etc.
