Forty-eighth — To a deed of conveyance from Henry W.
Nelson and Dennida Nelson, his wife, of certain land in
Somerset County, Maryland, to the Trustees of "Bennett's.
Memorial Methodist Protestant Church, of Somerset County;"
said deed bearing date August 7, 1899, and recorded among
the land records of Somerset County in Liber O. T. B., No.
26, folio 470, etc.

Forty -ninth— To a deed of trust conveying two parcels of
land from Julian Blunt to Samuel A. Chew, Samuel Thomp-
son, Alexander W. Thompson, Jacob W. Legg, James Win-
chester, Frederick Sudler, Samuel W. Ringgold and Charles
Stevens, constituting the vestry of Kent Island Parish, in
Queen Anne's County, Maryland, said parcels of land lying
and being in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, and described
in said deed, which bears date September 15, 1838, and is
recorded among the land records of Queen Anne's County
in Liber J. T., No. 2, folios 416 and 417.

Fifty-First — To the grant and devise by William Hamil-
ton to the Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of
Baltimore City, of certain leasehold property on Franklin
street, near Arlington avenue, in the City of Baltimore, de-
scribed in a lease thereof from the grantor dated July 28,
1896, duly of record among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber R. O., No. 1632, folio 212, etc.

Fifty-second — To sundry bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Kate Naughton, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, viz: (a) A bequest of one hundred dollars to Rev.
Thomas j. Broydrick, pastor of St. Martin's Church, Balti-
more City; (b) A bequest of two hundred dollars to Rev.
Caspar P. Elbert, assistant pastor of St. Pius Church, Balti-
more City; (c) A bequest of one hundred dollars to Rev.
James B. Kahler, assistant pastor of St. Pius Church, Balti-
more City; (d) A bequest of one hundred dollars to the
Society of St. Vincent de Paul of the City of Baltimore, with
the request that the same shall be administered by the St.
Pius Church, branch of Baltimore City; (e) A bequest of one
hundred dollars to St. Joseph's Hospital, of the City of Bal-
timore, situate at the corner of Caroline and Hoffman streets,
in said city; (f) A bequest of one hundred dollars to St.
Vincent's Infant Asylum of the City of Baltimore, situate
on Division and Mosher streets, in said city.
