City of the property described in a deed from said grantors to
said grantees, dated July 5, 1899, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City, in Liber R. O., No. 1796,
folio 191, etc.

Fifty-ninth — To the bequests as contained in the last will
and testament of Samuel Seibert, late of Washington County,
Maryland, deceased, viz: (a) the bequest of eight thousand
dollars to the Theological Seminary of the General Synod of
the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States, at
Gettysburg, State of Pennsylvania; (b) the bequest of four
thousand dollars to the Trustees of Pennsylvania College, at
Gettysburg, in the County of Adams, State of Pennsylvania;
(c) the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Washington
County Home for Orphan and Friendless Children; (d) the
bequest of one thousand dollars to the Board of Home Mis-
sions of the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church in the United States; (e) the bequest of one thousand
dollars to the Board of Foreign Missions of the General Synod
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States;
(f) the bequest unto the Board of Directors of the Susque-
hanna University of the Evangelical Lutheran Church,
located at Selins Grove, in the County of Snyder, in the State
of Pennsylvania.

Sixtieth — To a deed or conveyance dated November 12th,
1879, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber F. A. P., 854, folio 199, etc., from John M.
Hoffman to St. Paul's Reformed Church (English), of Balti-
more City, church property northwest corner Lexington
street and Carrollton street, Baltimore City, and described in
said deed.

1899, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber R. O., No. 1794, folio 169, from John Glenn, Jr.,

Mulberry street, Baltimore, Maryland, and described in said
deed.
