said body corporate of even date with said last-mentioned
deed, and recorded among said Land Records in said Liber
F. A. P., No. 855, folio 601, etc., and a deed of the rent,
reserved in said last named lease from Kate E. West to the
said body corporate dated January 6, 1896, and recorded among
said Land Records in Liber R. O., No. 1,597, folio 435, etc.

Forty-third — To the bequest and devise contained in the
last will and testament of Jane S. W. Graham, late of Penn-
sylvania, deceased, of the rest, residue and remainder of her
estate to the American Bible Society and the American Tract
Society, instituted in New York City, New York, to the said
societies, share and share alike, to them, their successors and
assigns, so far as said residue of said estate consists of prop-
erty in Maryland; said will being of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for Caroline County, Maryland.

Forty-fourth — To a bequest contained in the last will and
testament of George R. Goldsborough, late of Talbot County,
deceased, of the sum of three hundred dollars to Charles
Goldsborough, in trust, nevertheless, to invest the same and
annually pay the income arising therefrom to the Dorcas So-
ciety of Easton for the uses and purposes of said society.

Forty-fifth — To a deed from the Canton Company of Balti-
more to the Protestant Episcopal Missionary Committee, of a
lot of ground in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the east
side of Potomac street, fifty feet south from Dillon street, and
fronting ten feet on Potomac street, with an even depth east-
wardly of one hundred feet; said deed bearing date February
6, 1900.

Forty-sixth — To the holding, mortgaging, leasing or sell-
ing by the "First Congregational Church of Baltimore" and
its' successors of the lot of ground and the improvements in
fee-simple, situate on Eutaw street, Baltimore, described in a
deed dated February 11, 1897, from the "Congregation Church
Building Society" to the "F'irst Congregational Church of
Baltimore," and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more City in Liber R. O., No. 1663, folio 294, etc.

Forty -seventh — To the bequest and devise contained in the
last will and testament of Frederick Fickey, Jr., of certain
lands in West Virginia to Frank Wocds, in trust for the First
Spiritual Church of Baltimore City, which will is duly re-

City, in Wills Liber S. R. M., No. 81, folio 467, etc.
