Thirty-ninth — To a deed of conveyance dated October 12, ,
1899, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber R. O., No. 1812, Folio 123, etc., from Henry
Roth and wife to the Trustees of the High Street Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore, of a lot of ground in said city
on the north side of Fawn street, and described in said deed.

Fortieth — To a deed of conveyance dated May 1, 1846, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
A. W. B., No. 365, folio 430, etc., from Daniel Dail and
others, to the trustees of the High Street Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore, of the leasehold interest in a lot of
ground in said city, at the corner of High and Stiles streets,
and in said deed described; and also a deed dated May i, 1866,
and recorded among said records,, in Liber A. M., No. 303,
folio in, etc., from Eli Lewis and wife to the said trustees of
the fee and reversion in said lot of ground.

Forty-first — To a deed of conveyance dated February 8,V
1899, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber R. O., No. 1773, folio 433, etc., from Charles
E- Hill to the trustees of Guilford Avenue Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City, of a lot of ground in said city, at
the southeast corner of Guilford avenue and Lanvale street;
and also a deed of the same lot, dated February 8, 1899, and
recorded in the same Liber, folio 435, etc.., from the trustees,
of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the city and' precincts,
of Baltimore to the said trustees of Guilford Avenue Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, State of Maryland.

Forty-second — To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Susan Dodd, late of Talbot county, deceased, the
sum of two hundred dollars to the trustees of the Wye Neck
Methodist Protestant Church, in said county; said will bearing,
date May 14, 1897.

Forty-second B. — To a lease from George R. Vickers and
wife to Macedonian Baptist Church of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, dated December 9, 1874, and recorded among the
Land Records of said city, in Liber G. R., No. 682, folio 512,
etc., in which said lease there was devised to said body cor-
porate a lot of ground situate in said city, at the southwest
corner of Saratoga and Vincent streets; to a deed of the rent,
reserved in said lease dated December 4, 1879, and recorded
among the Land Records in Liber F. A. P., No. 855, folio
597, etc., from George R. Vickers, Jr., trustee, et al., to the
said body corporate; a deed in fee of said land from said body
corporate to Christopher West, dated December 4, 1879, and
