Thirty-first — To the following bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Rebecca Jane Jones, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, to wit: (i) One hundred dollars to the
Fourth Baptist Church of Baltimore City. (2) One hundred
dollars to the missionary societies belonging to the Fourth
Baptist Church, of Baltimore City; to be divided among said
missionary societies equally.

William James, late of Washington County, deceased, of five

Thirty-fifth — To the sale and conveyance from Dorcas C.
Scarff of a lot of ground situate in Baltimore County, con-
taining ten acres one rood and ten square perches of land,
more or less, to the Vestry of Trinity Church, Long Green,
Baltimore County, Maryland, and said deed being of record
among the land records of said county in Liber L. M. B.,
No. 203, folio 561, etc.

Thirty-sixth — To the grant and conveyance by the Trustees
of Brookeville Academy, in Montgomery County, to the
Vestry of St. John's Church, St. Bartholomew's Parish, in
Montgomery County, of a lot of ground situated in the town
of Brookeville, in said county, described in a deed from said
grantors to the grantees, dated December 27, 1899, and
recorded among the land records of Montgomery County in
Liber T. D., No. 12, Folio 396, etc.
