Stone and James C. Stone to the John Wesley Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City of a certain lot of ground
described in a deed of assignment, dated April 28, 1898, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City, in Liber
R. O., No. 1730, folio 191, etc.

Twenty-fourth — To the bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Mary A. Knodle, late of Washington County,
deceased, of five hundred dollars to St. John's Evangelical

testament of Eliza Hetzer, late of Washington County,

Twenty-sixth — To the bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Sarah H. Formwalt, late of Carroll County,
deceased, of two hundred dollars to the Lutheran Trustees of
Emanuel's Church (commonly called Baust's Church), near
Tyrone, Carroll County, Maryland; the said sum to be
invested, and the income therefrom to be paid by said trustees
— one-half for keeping the graveyard and for church expenses,
and the other half towards the salary of the Lutheran pastor.

Twenty-seventh — To the sale and conveyance by Charles
Levis and Anna A. Levis, his wife, to the St. Helena Pres-
byterian Church, of Baltimore County, of two fee-simple lots
of ground, situated on the south side of Patapsco avenue, in
the village of St. Helena, Baltimore County; said lots being
numbered Nos. 183 and 184, and particularly described in the
deed thereof, recorded among the land records of Baltimore
County, in Liber N. B. M., No. 231, folio 205, etc.
