Eighteenth — To the sale and conveyance by John T. Curley
and Annie Curley to the minister and trustees of St. John's
Independent Methodist Church of Baltimore, a body cor-
porate, of a lot of ground situated at the southwest corner
of Twenty-seventh and St. Paul streets in Baltimore City,
described in said deed of conveyance dated October 13, 1899,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City, in
Liber R. O., No. 1812, folio 231.

Nineteenth — To the sale and conveyance by Annie A. Ben-
nett to the trustees of the Mount Washington Methodist
Episcopal Church of Mount Washington, Baltimore County,

being of record among the land records of Baltimore County
aforesaid, in Liber N. B. M., No. 239, folio 2, etc.

and testament of Rebecca Frey, late of Baltimore City
deceased.

John Wesley Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, to wit: (1) To the sale and conveyance

dated November 30, 1877, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City, in Liber G. R., No. 795, folio
43, etc.; (2) to the sale and conveyance by John Dalrymple
to said church of a lot of ground described in a deed of
assignment, dated June 3, 1879, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City, in Liber F. A. P., No. 842,
folio 339, etc.; (3) to the sale and conveyance by William
Taylor to said church of a lot of ground described in a
deed of assignment, dated April 27, 1887, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City, in Liber J. B.,
No. 1138, folio 193, etc.
