last will and testament of Bridget Rogers, late of Washington
County, deceased, to Reinhold J. Halm, in trust for St. Mary's
Catholic Church, Hagerstown, Maryland.

Fifteenth — To the devises and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Edward Kearney, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, as follows: (1) A bequest of one thousand
dollars to the Associated Professors of Loyola College, in the
city of Baltimore, for the purposes of St. Ignatius' Church;
(2) nine separate bequests of one thousand dollars each to the
Associated Professors of Loyola College, in the City of Balti-
more, for the purposes of St. Ignatius' Church, the St.
Mary's Female Orphan Asylum of Baltimore, the Catholic
University of America of Washington, District of Columbia,
the Trustees of the Orphans' Home, in Baltimore City, the
St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum (Front street, in Balti-
more City), the St. Agnes Hospital of Baltimore City, located
at Mount Dougherty, the President and Council of Mount St.
Mary's College, the Little Sisters of the Poor of the City of
Baltimore, the Baltimore City Hospital, which said last nine,
mentioned bequests are, by said last will and testament, made
payable on the death of Mary Wolcott, daughter of said
testator, should she leave issue surviving her. (3) The gift,
devise and bequest of all the residue of said testator's estate,
to the same bodies corporate above named, on the death of
the said Mary Wolcott, should she die without leaving any
issue surviving her.

Sixteenth — To the bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Mrs. Mary Riordan, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, as follows: (1) Two thousand dollars to Rev. John
M. Barry, as pastor of St. Joseph's Church of Baltimore City;
(2) another bequest to the said Rev. John M. Barry, as such
pastor, of two thousand dollars, and (3) a third bequest of
three hundred dollars to the pastor of said church; said will
bearing date December 26, 1899.

Seventeenth — To the sale and conveyance of Philip Bandel
and wife to the trustees of the High Street Methodist Episco-
pal Church of Baltimore City, of the property described in a
lease dated October 31, 1863, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City, in Liber A. M., No. 286, folio
