Marsh, Beasman, Messick, Betts, Moses, Bouic, Ravenscroft, Bryan, Rohrback, Crothers, Williams, of Har., —16. NEGATIVE—None. Mr. Applegarth submitted the following message: BY THE SENATE, March 26th, 1900. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We have received your message concurring in the Joint Resolution No. 9, of the Senate, to appoint a Joint Committee of the Senate and House of Delegates, to con- fer with a like committee from the State of Virginia, for the purposes set forth in said Joint Resolution. And in pursuance thereof, we have appointed on the part of the Senate, Senators Applegarth, Wilkinson, Den- nis and Hubner. By order, ALFRED RITTER, Secretary. Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of Delegates. At 11.20 P. M. On motion of Mr. Bouic, The Senate adjourned until Tuesday, March 27th, at 11.30 A. M. |
