cery, sub-title ‘Partition.'"

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 3 and 6
of chapter 298, of the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to
build and establish a free bridge over Tuckahoe river,
formerly Tuckahoe creek, at or near Horsey's Landing.
in Caroline county, and to provide for free travel between
Caroline and Talbot counties, and to re-enact the same
with amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 110, of
the Acts of 1860, being an Act to incorporate the presi-
dent and directors of the Dover Bridge Company."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal all existing laws
for Somerset county, relating to wild fowl and game,
birds and animals, and to enact the following in lieu
thereof, for the better protection and preservation of the
same."

by yeas and nays."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out all of section 10 and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
"And be it enacted. That it shall be unlawful to hunt
for foxes or pursue them with dog between March 10th
and November 1st in each and every year. Any person
violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor and be subject to a fine of not less than $5 and
not more than $25 for each and every offense."
