964 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 26 Senate bill entitled "An Act for the relief of the surety upon the official bonds of Wm. S. Blunt, late collector of State taxes for the Fifth Election District of Queen Anne's county for the years 1886 and 1887." Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Senate bill entitled "An Act to permit the United Railway and Electric Company of Baltimore, to increase its Board of Directors from the present number, to wit nine unto eleven, and to provide that of such number, two may be residents of States other than the State of Maryland."
