1900.] OF THE SENATE. 965 Senate bill entitled "An Act to add additional sections to Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘City of Baltimore,' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 123 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, session 1898, sub-title ‘Miscellaneous Local Laws,' sub-title ‘Police Commissioners,' sub title ‘Special Fund,' to follow section 776, and to be known as ‘Sections 776 A, 776 B, 776 C, 776 D, 776 E and 776 F.'" Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President. Kirwan, Baker, Marsh, Betts, Messick, Bouic, Peter, Brewington, Putzel, Bryan, Ravenscroft, Crothers, Rohrback, Dodson, Williams, of Har., Gray, Williams, of A. A., —18. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter, change the name of and grant additional powers to the Society for Educating Poor and Orphan Hebrew Chil- dren, a corporation incorporated under the General Laws of Maryland, as they existed on the 12th day of Septem- ber, 1860." Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
