sembly of' Maryland, passed at the session of 1886, chap-
ter 239, both of which issues of bonds are now redeem-
able and may be paid by said county commissioners, and
to authorize and empower the said county commissioners
to levy and collect the necessary taxes for the payment
of the bonds authorized to be issued and the interest
thereon."

missioners of the city of Baltimore, to be derived from

soirees, masked balls, boxing or athletic contests, or either
of them, in the city of Baltimore."

as follows
