Article 4, of time Public Local Laws of Baltimore city,
known as ‘Charter and Miscellaneous Local Laws,' as
enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, and re-enact
the same with amendments.'"

commissioners under the Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at time session of 1884, chapter 494,
and also to redeem the one hundred and twenty-three
thousand and seven hundred dollars of bonds, bearing
interest at four per centum per annum, issued by said
county commissioners under the Act of the General As
