said Code section, strike out the words "and no special
authority from any court shall be necessary for such
sale," and insert in lieu thereof tl1e words "but where
any trustee is holding real estate under the orders of the
court which has jurisdiction thereover, the permission of
such court must be first obtained before such real estate
may be sold for taxes, any said court shall iu every rea-
sonable way expedite the payment of such taxes or the
sale of such estate therefor.''
10. In Code section 163, line 30 of engrossed bill,
strike out the word ‘final;' and in line 3 J. of said section
strike out the word "fully," and after the word "matter”
in said line insert the following words, "subject to an
appeal to the Circuit Court.''
11. In section 175 (Code) line 5 of engrossed Lifl, after
the word "voters” insert the following words, "and free-
holders," and in the same section, line 13, strike out the
word "and” and insert in lien thereof the word "or," and
in said sections lines 21 and 22, strike out the words
"bailiff of the city," and insert in lieu thereof "sheriff of
the county," and in the, remainder of the said section
strike out the word "bailiff” wherever it occurs, and in-
sert in lieu thereof the words "said sheriff," and in line
35 of said section strike out the words "a justice of the
peace of the county," and insert in lieu thereof the words
"said sheriff."
12. In section 2 of the bill, line 1, after the figure 2,
insert the words "and be it enacted, That."
13. Amendment to title:

In second line of title, strike out all of the title after
the word "numbered," and insert the following in lieu
thereof, "140, 141, 142, 143. 144, 145, 150, 151, 152, 155,
156, 157, 158, 159, 163 and 175, of Article 13, of the Pub-
lie Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Harford County,' sub-
title ‘Havre-de-Grace,' (said sections 142, 143, 145, 150,
152, 155, 156, 157, 158 and 159, having been heretofore
repealed and re-enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter 180)
and to repeal sections 176 and 177, of said Article and
sub-title, and to add new sections thereto, to be known
as "141 A, 150 A, 150 B, 150 C, 150 D, 152 A, 155 A, 155
B, 156 A, 157 A, 157 B, 157 C, 158 A, 158 B and 159 A,"
and to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Havre
