engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Peter, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 296, 297
and 298, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland, title ‘Prince George's County,'
sub-title ‘Sheriff,' and to re-enact said sections."
Which was read the second time.

Mr. Marsh, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to require the Board of
County Commissioners of Oalvert county to levy the sum
of $500.00 to reimburse the Board of School Commis-
sioners of Calvert county, for money expended in build-
ing a school house at Solomon's."
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Baker, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Kent county to pay to the Town Com-
missioners of Millington, in said county, a sum of money
for the purpose of keeping in repairs the public roads of
Millington."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Williams, of Harford, from Select Committee, re-
ported favorably, with proposed amendments.
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments sections numbered 140, 141, 145, 151, 163,
and 175, of Article 13, of the Public Local Laws, title
'Harford County,' sub-title ‘Havre-de-Grace,' and sections
numbered 142, 143, 145, 150, 152, 155, 156, 157, 158 and
159, of chapter 180, of the Acts of Assembly of 189C, en-
titled an Act to repeal sections 142, 143, 145, 150, 152,
155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 183, 186, 187 and 192, of Article
13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Harford
County,' sub-title ‘Havre-de-Grace,' and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to follow sections 175 and
176, of said sub-title, and to add new sections to such
sub-title, to be numbered ‘150 A, 150 B, 150 C, 150 D,
152 A, 155 A, 155 B, 156 A, 157 A, 157 B, 157 C, 158 A,
158 B and 159 A.' and to authorize and empower the
