reported favorably,
Joint Resolution and Memorial of the General Assem-
bly of the State of Maryland, to the Congress of the
United States for the passage of a bill to reimburse and
indemnify the Mayor and Aldermen ‘of Frederick.
Which Joint Resolution was read the second time.
Whereupon,
Mr. Moses moved to suspend the Ru]es, and place the
Joint Resolution upon its third reading and final pas-
sage.
The roll was called (two thirds of the Senators voting
in the affirmative) and the Rules were suspended by yeas
