aminers and to regulate the fees and emoluments there-
of, to prevent the practice of medicine and surgery by
unauthorized persons, and to provide for the trial and
punishment of violators of the provisions of this Act by
a fine or imprisonment, or both, and to repeal and re-en-
act with additions and amendments, sections 39, 40, 41,
45, 49, 53, 56, 58 and 59, of Article 43, of, the Code of
Public General Laws, title ‘Health,' sub-title ‘Practition-
ers of Medicine,' and to repeal nIl laws or parts of laws
in conflict or inconsistent with this Act, and to add ad-
ditional sections thereto, to he designated as ‘Sections
39, 40, 41, 45, 49, 53, 56, 58 and 59."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add three new sections
to Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Garrett County,' sub-title ‘Jurors,' providing for th€ se-
lection and drawing of jurors in said county, said sec-
tions to follow sect-ion 127, and to he designated as ‘Sec-
tions 127 A, 127 B and 127 C.'"
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
